1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to your registration and use of the ug772 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They are effective from the date you create your ug772 account or, if earlier, from the date you first access the Platform.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree," "Register," or any similar acceptance mechanism during the registration process, or by continuing to access or use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

1.3 ug772 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the full legal agreement between you and ug772.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open an ug772 account and to use the Platform. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. ug772 will conduct age verification checks during the registration process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any balance in that account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents and visitors within the Philippines who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ug772 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an ug772 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have been self-excluded from ug772 during their exclusion period; (c) employees, contractors, and agents of ug772 and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been prohibited from gaming under any applicable court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion program.

2.4 OFAC & AML. ug772 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. Persons listed on applicable sanctions lists are prohibited from using the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the Platform, you must complete the ug772 registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the ug772 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ug772 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 KYC Verification. ug772 is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's license, or PhilSys card) and may be required to provide additional documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.4 ug772 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects any breach of these Terms.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ug772 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 You agree to notify ug772 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ug772 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 ug772 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings, particularly those who maintain significant balances on the Platform.

4.4 ug772 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ug772 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

5. Licensing & Regulation

5.1 ug772 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the Platform are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and directives as amended from time to time.

5.2 PAGCOR's regulatory framework includes requirements for player protection, responsible gaming, fair play, AML/CTF compliance, and data privacy. ug772 is committed to full compliance with all applicable PAGCOR requirements.

5.3 All random number generator (RNG) games on the Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available on request.

6. Deposits

6.1 ug772 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). ug772 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though ug772 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits in accordance with AML regulations.

6.3 GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your ug772 wallet. Deposit fees, if any, will be displayed before you confirm your transaction.

6.4 ug772 does not accept deposits made using credit cards issued in the Philippines or any payment method that a banking institution categorizes as a cash advance. It is your responsibility to ensure your chosen payment method is eligible.

6.5 ug772 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any deposit in excess of amounts prescribed by applicable AML regulations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ug772 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. The terms of each individual bonus are displayed at the point of opt-in and in the Promotions section of the Platform.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded by ug772 must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple will be specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 ug772 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, or any breach of these Terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) employing systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., low-risk arbitrage across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements); (c) exploiting any technical error or loophole in the Platform to obtain bonuses not legitimately earned.

7.5 Players who have opted into any deposit bonus are not permitted to withdraw their deposited amount prior to completing the applicable wagering requirement. Early withdrawal requests received before completion of wagering will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

8. Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your ug772 account dashboard at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this Section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00.

8.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where KYC verification has not been completed, withdrawals will be held pending submission and approval of the required documentation.

8.3 ug772 aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to any additional verification requirements.

8.4 ug772 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests. In such cases, processing times may be extended. ug772 will notify you of any delay and the reason for it where permissible by law.

8.5 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with AML regulations.

9. Gaming Rules

9.1 Each game available on the ug772 Platform is subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

9.2 In the event of any discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the ug772 server-side records, the server-side records shall be the definitive and binding record of the outcome.

9.3 If a game session is interrupted due to a technical failure, ug772 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, bets that were in progress at the time of the interruption will be returned to the player's wallet.

9.4 ug772 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or as a result of any technical malfunction. Where such bets have resulted in a payout, ug772 may recover the difference from the affected player's wallet.

9.5 For live dealer games, the decision of the game supervisor as recorded by the Platform's server is final. ug772 endeavors to resolve all game disputes within five (5) business days.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug772 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Participating in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable AML/CTF laws;
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion, or bonus limitations;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without written authorization from ug772.

10.2 Where ug772 detects or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account(s) involved, void any pending or settled bets and bonuses, and recover any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 ug772 is committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your ug772 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to bonus funds.

12.2 Closure by ug772. ug772 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including (without limitation) where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) you provide false information; (c) we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory directive; (d) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity. In such cases, ug772 may retain any balance in the account pending investigation.

12.3 Upon account closure, ug772 will retain your personal data for a period required by applicable law and as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the ug772 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of ug772 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ug772.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug772 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

14.2 ug772's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ug772's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ug772 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

15. Privacy

15.1 ug772 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

15.2 ug772 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

16. Amendments to Terms

16.1 ug772 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ug772 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or through a notice on the Platform.

16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

16.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

17.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ug772, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of concerns are resolved promptly at this stage.

17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

17.4 As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ug772 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and procedures.
